3pm: Guests start arriving at the church (L'Eglise Sainte Croix, Pl. Joseph Laugier de Monblan)

3:30pm: Wedding ceremony begins

4:30pm: Shuttle buses depart to the reception (Mas du Gros Pin, 5385 Route du Destet)

5pm: Canapé and cocktail reception

8pm: Dinner, speeches and dancing

1am - 2am: Shuttles depart to take guests back to Maussane centre (there will be some cars available to leave a bit earlier as well)

Ladies - the ground at the reception can be uneven in places, so we advise wearing appropriate shoes. It can also get chilly in the evenings, so you should bring a shawl or cover up for later on.

Gentlemen - we have said morning suits on our invitations, but please don't worry if you don't have one - suits / jackets and ties are also fine.

Arrive any time from 12:30pm onwards.

The dress code is casual but we are thinking along the lines of shorts and a linen shirt for Hugh and summer dress for Sophie if that helps! We recommend bringing swimmers as it may turn into a pool party. You might want to check the weather forecast nearer the time.
